I think probably about 1um resolution.
I don't know exactly because I have never measured a nm-order sample whose size can be accurately known.

This image shows a scanned area of approximately 150um x 150um, where 1 pixel = 375nm.

The pit length of DVD is 400 nm and that of BD is 150 nm. The pickup has the performance to read them accurately from the disc, so it should be able to achieve the same level of resolution.
